African Contemporary Art

From 12 to 14 June, the exhbition of the Africain Contemporary Art departement will pay tribute to the work of contemporary African artists in a major sale dedicated to this speciality. A rare collection of work by artists from the École de Dakar will be presented alongside pieces by emerging figures in the contemporary African art market. Work by South African artists will also come under the hammer in a partnership with the auction house Aspire. Concurrently, as part of the Africa 2020 season, Artcurial will host the exhibition « Exceptions d’Afrique ».
